In 2020-2021, the Director’s Office initiated the Board Office Staff Recognition Award and in 2022-2023, this initiative expanded to include recognition of OECTA (teaching staff), CUPE (school staff), and Principals and Vice-Principals.
These recognition awards are handed out three times per year, and names are etched into recognition plaques on display at the Board Office on the Director’s Wall of Excellence and in the front reception area.
One of the many goals of the Director’s Office is to ensure all staff have an opportunity to be recognized for their actions, measurable results, and commitment to their roles in our Catholic School Communities. Every role is vital to the education experience of the students in our Catholic system. This school year, the Director’s Office will be continuing this initiative.
